FGT

Technical specifications

The FGT is a heavy-duty trailer designed on a standardized platform , developed to offer robustness, repeatability and reliability in real working conditions.

Each FGT is manufactured according to the same basic plans , with controlled tolerances and clearly defined options.

Design philosophy

The FGT is not a “case-by-case” trailer.
It's an optimized and tested model

Our goal is not to make everything possible, but to make the essentials perfectly executed .

Structure & chassis (standard base)

  • Heavy-duty chassis designed for professional use

  • Structure welded according to internal procedures

  • Geometry optimized for load and durability

  • Designed to limit material torsion and fatigue

  • Manufactured in accordance with applicable standards (Transport Canada / DOT depending on configuration)

The basic structure of the FGT is identical on each unit.
No structural modifications are made other than the options provided.

General configuration

  • Trailer type: Gooseneck heavy-duty

  • Platform: Standard FGT model

  • Intended use: transport of equipment, machinery and heavy loads

  • Design: validated and tested platform

The dimensions, capacities and main components are defined in the basic configuration and can be specified on request according to the available options.

Available options

The FGT can be configured using fixed options , fully compatible with the platform.

Examples of possible options:

  • Tray configuration

  • Axle configuration

  • Rear jack systems

  • Additional anchor points

  • Compatible functional equipment

  • Other options validated by Atelier Falcon

⚠️ No off-list options are developed.
⚠️ No option modifies the basic structure.

Each option has been designed to:

  • preserve the integrity of the model

  • maintain reliability

  • avoid improvised adjustments

What cannot be changed

In order to guarantee the quality and consistency of the product, certain elements are not subject to modification :

  • General chassis architecture

  • Platform geometry

  • Manufacturing methods

  • Fundamental technical choices

  • Development of new designs or derivative models

This limitation is voluntary and is an integral part of the FGT philosophy.

Tolerances, quality and repeatability

Each FGT is manufactured:

  • according to established internal procedures

  • with reproducible methods

  • in the interest of consistency from one unit to another

Our approach aims for predictability , both for the client and for the workshop.

Compatibility & validation

All configurations:

  • are validated before production

  • respect the technical limits of the model

  • follow the same ordering process

No configuration goes into production without full validation.

Is the FGT the right choice?

The FGT is suitable for customers who are looking for:
✔ a proven model
✔ a robust and functional trailer
✔ a clear framework
✔ a structured process

It is not suitable for projects requiring:
✖ a unique design
✖ personalized plans
✖ structural modifications
✖ total design freedom
