FGT ordering process
At Atelier Falcon, each FGT is built through a clear, structured, and standardized process.
This framework allows us to offer a reliable, consistent product delivered without surprises.
Step 1 — Validation of the approach
First and foremost, the client must understand and accept our way of working.
The FGT is:
-
a unique model
-
based on a standardized platform
-
configurable exclusively via defined options
-
manufactured according to fixed procedures
👉 No new designs, plans or prototypes are developed.
If this approach doesn’t meet your expectations, it’s best not to proceed any further.
Step 2 — Configuration Request
Once the approach is accepted, the client submits a request for the FGT.
This request allows you to:
-
confirm the intended use
-
select the available options
-
verify configuration compatibility
⚠️ Incomplete or out-of-scope applications will not be processed.
Step 3 — Technical Analysis and Validation
Atelier Falcon analyzes the requested configuration in order to:
-
confirm compatibility with the FGT platform
-
validate the technical limits
-
ensure product conformity
* No order will be accepted without full validation.*
Step 4 — Official quotation
Once the configuration is validated:
-
a detailed quotation is issued.
-
the price reflects the selected configuration.
The quote represents the final version of the product .
Any changes made after this step may:
-
cause a refusal
-
require a new submission
-
may not be possible depending on the case
Step 5 — Order Confirmation
The order is confirmed when:
-
the quotation is accepted by the client
-
the conditions are met
-
the required deposit is received
Required deposit
FGT production begins only after receipt of a 50% deposit of the total quoted amount.
This deposit confirms the order and secures materials, components, and production time.
👉 We do not begin production without official confirmation
Step 6 — Production Launch
Once confirmed, the FGT enters manufacturing according to:
-
the standard plans of the model
-
the validated options
-
the workshop's internal procedures
During this stage:
-
no modifications are possible
-
no additional options are added.
-
no improvised adjustments are made
Step 7 — Delivery
At the end of the manufacturing process:
-
the trailer is inspected
-
compliance is verified
-
delivery is scheduled according to the agreed terms
The client receives an FGT in accordance with the approved quotation.
Deadlines and communication
Manufacturing lead times
Lead times are provided as an estimate during the quotation process and may vary depending on:
-
production load
-
the availability of components
-
lead times from external suppliers, including the galvanizing factory
Atelier Falcon does not guarantee any fixed deadlines when steps depend on third-party suppliers.
We favor a communication style that is:
-
clear
-
structured
-
related to the steps of the process
👉 Requests outside the process or unplanned emergencies are not prioritized.
Accepting the FGT framework
Ordering an FGT means accepting:
-
a proven model
-
clear boundaries and limitations
-
a structured process
If this approach is a good fit, we’ll be happy to proceed.
