Tilting deck flooring

All our flooring is available in hemlock—an excellent choice for trailer floors. Stronger and more durable than spruce or pine, it offers natural resistance to the elements and performs well in outdoor, moisture-exposed environments.

Optional galvanized expanded metal sheets (1″–10H mesh) can be added along the length of the deck, with the pattern oriented to maximize traction. Selecting this option replaces the fenders and rear tail section with smooth steel instead of diamond plate.

A full bedliner coating is also available as an option for the deck.

Coupler

The coupler option only allows for the addition of an extra coupler tube or conversion to a fifth-wheel coupler

Storage

The trailer features two storage compartments: one at the lower part of the gooseneck and one at the upper section. Both compartments include protective covers on the inside to shield the wiring and junction box. These covers can be removed if needed.

All storage compartment components (protective plates, doors, and covers) are made of galvanized steel and finished with blue paint.

The storage box under the deck houses the hydraulic units and its components.

You can add one or more additional storage boxes; these are identical to the one housing the hydraulic unit. The brackets are included with the boxes and will be installed.

Wood block storage (dunnage box) is also available as an option, designed for blocks up to 96” in length.

Additional deck

A gooseneck-mounted deck is bolt-on and can be installed at any time. Two sizes are available:

6 ft X 102 in
8 ft X 102 in

The selected deck (6 ft or 8 ft) will be equipped with a 6 ft rail for sliding winch straps and will be installed on the side selected in the ‘C-rail for sliding winch straps’ option.

⚠️If you select the 8 ft deck, ensure it does not come into contact with the rear of your vehicle’s cab during turns.

Winch

The winch option includes an additional battery located in the storage compartment installed in front of the winch plate. The winche comes with a remote control, available in wired or wireless versions. The cables are made of steel.

Battery charger

Each FGT comes equipped with a Victron Orion-Tr 12/12-30A (360W) isolated DC-DC charger with Bluetooth Smart App connectivity for monitoring charging status and battery condition.

Your vehicle must be equipped with a 175A Anderson plug to be compatible with the charger.

An extra AC/DC charger is also available as an option.

Rail and Stake Pocket

Our rails are 2” wide with a 3/8” thickness. The stake pockets measure 2” x 4” with a 1/4” thickness.

Your trailer can be configured with stake pockets only, at 16” spacing, or with an alternating combination of stake pockets and spools. Their placement can be specified prior to production.
